What is a typical day?
A typical day revolves around kiting, eating and socialising, and looks something like:
- Breakfast in the kite villa
- Kite
- Lunch
- Kite
- Chilling in the villa
- Optional massage after a hard day
- Dinner at the villa or in a local restaurant
- Socializing
What’s included?
Specific inclusions are listed on each trip page, however the following is typically included:
Three great meals per day
Airport transfers
Six nights private room in the kite villa
Two downwinders
Video & photos of your kite lessons
Amazing crew
What’s not included?
Unless otherwise specified on each trip page, you will need to arrange the following:
Flights
Drinks
Snacks
Boardshorts & bikinis
Gear hire (optional)
Lessons (optional)
What do I need to bring?
You will need the usual travel attire for a warm country - clothes, swimming gear, sun protection and the like. We provide linen and bath towels
If you have your own kiteboarding gear then by all means bring it with you. If you don’t have any gear, or don’t want to travel with your gear, then you are able to rent a full-set or part-set of quality equipment on location.
Note that kiteboarding equipment is considered oversized luggage by most airlines.
What if there is no wind?
Much as we would like to, we are unable to offer a guarantee of wind. If the wind decides to play coy, we will provide options for other activities (depending on the trip, some of these will be included):
Stand-up paddleboarding
Yoga
Golf
Local cooking class
Presentation by a local adventurer
Exploratory tour of the surrounding area
How do I pay?
Once your application is approved, we will send you an invoice with a payment link. We accept most credit cards.

How do I apply to join a trip?
Complete an application form either here for the trip that you are interested in..
Our trips are customized for successful entrepreneurs and senior exec’s who want to kiteboard, and enjoy great times with other successful people.
We will assess your application carefully to make sure that you are a good fit for the group, so that each person has the best chance of an amazing trip.
What is the accommodation like?
We strive to provide high-quality accommodation near the beach. This will typically be a multi-room house (or riad in Morocco) with shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom areas.
Free wifi is provided at all accommodation venues. We can provide pre-paid SIM cards for each country if you would like that option.
What is the food like?
Most trips have three meals a day provided - details are on each trip page. The provided meals are a mix of professionally prepared meals enjoyed at the accommodation, and meals at local restaurants.
As a rule of thumb, vegetarian meals are easy to access in each location. Please advise us of any specific dietary requirements at the time of booking, so we can take arrange meals for you.
Do I need kiteboarding experience?
No. All of our trips have sufficient beach and ocean space for both beginners and experienced kiters. If you haven’t kiteboarded before, we can offer optional lessons with experienced instructors.
Do I need a visa?
Morocco : Citizens of the United States, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Australasia and and a number of other countries do not require a visa for visits of up to 90 days. For more information refer to this link.
Thailand : Most “western” countries and a number of others do not require a visa for Thailand, for visits up to 30 days. For more information refer to this link
Please confirm your visa-free eligibility with the nearest embassy or consulate for the country in question - there are no refunds if you are turned away by immigration.
Do I need travel insurance?
Full travel insurance is highly recommended. Kitesurfari accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to persons or property during their trip.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking you should email us immediately. Refunds for cancellations are as follows:
- up to 60 days from the trip start date: 50% refund
- Between 30 and 60 days from the start date: 25% refund
- less than 20 days to the start date: No refund
Kitesurfari reserves the right to cancel the trip if there are insufficient numbers or in exceptional circumstances. Where we are unable to provide the trip we will provide a full refund.
